The house is located in the central part of Bol, in the area known as Obala (Coast), a quiet part of the place which overlooks Bol waterfront. The house was built in a Dalmatian style and in traditional surrounding and this creates a characteristic Dalmatian atmosphere. It is located about 200 m away from the very centre and the sea, which is an ideal setting far enough from lively Bol waterfront and centre. The bus and ferry station is 200 meters away, and the airport 14 km. You can approach the house by car, or you can walk down the traditional Dalmatian small streets towards the beach, centre or waterfront. There is a restaurant and grocery shop in immediate vicinity of the house. You can reach the most beautiful Adriatic beach Zlatni rat, which is located outside the centre on foot in 20 minute strolling through a pleasant pine tree forest, or by taxi boat or tourist train departing from the town centre. The house has a large parking lot and provides a parking place for all its guests.
